BLUE ANGEL AVIATION guarantees that all units overhauled or modified will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
warranty period specified - 90 Days, 120 Days, etc. Warranty is limited to
units we sold or overhauled. Repair warranty covers parts replaced only. BLUE ANGEL AVIATION will not assume any cost or responsibility for equipment removal, examination, repair or reinstallation by any other party. Shipping is at customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. BLUE ANGEL AVIATION will repair or replace, at our discretion, a defective unit returned to us during the warranty period. Defective operation is determined based on the manufacturers published specifications (MPS). This warranty is void if examination of the unit reveals that failure resulted from
errors - in installation, application, shipping, or handling - by any other party. Repairs on a unit under warranty will not extend the original warranty period. In no event shall BLUE ANGEL AVIATION be liable for special or consequential damages.
